I've been visiting this Deli since it opened and there simply isn't anywhere else that I would go for my lunch/a drink/party food! The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is to die for. Where else in Preston could I get delicious healthy food on my lunch hour?

Lovely food and service. We go in every Saturday morning for our breakfast. The cakes are also delicious.

Mediterranean love of quality food with locally sourced ingredients sums up this place. The team here always make us feel like old friends the laid-back atmosphere 'friends' card tweets and book exchange all add to this feeling. There's always a huge mix of people here from students and young families to professionals and grandmas. Helped in no doubt by the fair prices of the menu. The team here only use and sell the highest quality ingredients and treat them with simple respect. This is my weekly treat and it makes me feel very lucky to live in the centre of Preston. It's just like stepping into a Spanish deli. After lunch it's such a treat to take home a tin of 12month aged organic risotto rice a lump of beautifully wrapped chorizo and some great local cheese! Much of what they sell is locally sourced and celebrates local artisans and of course it's delicious. I can smell it now! The smoked chicken and avocado sandwich the dressing on the salads the belly pork and black pudding stew and the Catalan hot chocolate are all simply heavenly!

The food is always at high standards coming from local places too. Always have a new taster table each week and able to try and taste something that intrigues you. The staff are welcoming and nice and happy whilst serving. Really great deli!

The food is magnificent in every aspect; the quality of the ingredients used the stimulating flavours the attention to detail and most importantly of all the taste which is outstanding. The staff are friendly polite and pleasing on the eye. The interior is effortlessly modern but with still holds strong sense of character. The Deli-Med brings an authentic Spanish taste to the heart of Lancashire. Although the menu is undoubtedly Spanish the Deli-Med also use local ingredients in their menus (local Lancashire Cheese for example) showing their commitment to the well being of Lancashire agriculture. Simply Deli-Lightful.
